Who we are

MaJamarketing ("we", "us") provides a marketing analytics dashboard that helps advertisers track their advertising spend and performance. For any privacy question, contact us at support@majamarketing.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account.
• Advertising data. When you choose to connect an advertising account (such as Google Ads), we access — with read-only permission — your campaign names and settings and their performance metrics, including cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value. We do not create, modify, or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, or any other content in your advertising accounts.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only your subscription status and plan.
• Usage data. Basic logs (pages visited, actions taken) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• To display your advertising performance back to you in your dashboard.
• To generate summaries, trends, and plain-English explanations of your own data, including with the help of AI service providers acting on our behalf.
• To operate your account, process subscriptions, and provide support.
• We do not sell your personal information or your advertising data, and we do not use your data for advertising to others.

Google user data

MaJamarketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we access Google Ads data only with your explicit OAuth consent and only with read-only scope; we use it solely to provide the reporting and analysis features you see in your dashboard; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features (see "Service providers" below), and never for advertising, market research, or resale. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the account inside MaJamarketing.

Service providers

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: cloud hosting and database providers (where your synced metrics are stored), Stripe (payments), and AI providers that process your data solely to generate the analysis you request. Each is bound to use your data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

We keep synced advertising data while your account is connected so the dashboard can show trends over time. If you disconnect an advertising account, we stop syncing immediately. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@majamarketing.com, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Security

OAuth tokens and synced data are stored encrypted, transmitted over TLS, and accessible only to systems that need them to provide the service. We never ask for your ad-platform password — connections use the platform's own OAuth consent flow.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
